Sex is Normal

...finally. Two months after I originally planned it.

"Sex is Normal" is intended to be a more formal - and more open - version of Elliquiy's Blog, and take advantage of the promotional features that Wordpress has to offer. That means, we're going to discuss a wide variety of topics, here, and not all of them are going to be about sex.

Do not let it surprise you if it does. The site's name is there for a reason. Despite the innocuous sound of the phrase, a lot of our bloggers are familiar with a wide variety of sexual kinks, situations, and experiences. Sex is normal may be obvious, but I suspect a lot of people running across this site will wonder about some other experience and if that is normal.

Plus, it is tied to a set of three role playing communities. Fantasy is our bread and creativity our butter. I hope that, in time, a lot of people will find something of value here, just as they currently do on Elliquiy, Blue Moon, and Personal Roleplaying.

On the technical site of things, this site is still rather new. I will probably be playing with things for awhile, so please forgive any mixups - they should be temporary.

If you browse through the sites currently in the Linkroll, you may notice something - Elliquiy Roleplaying runs SMF, Blue Moon Role Playing runs phpBB, and Personal Roleplaying runs MyBB.

So Sex is Normal runs WordPress / bbPress in synchronization. I have three additional projects in the works to run on PunBB, Drupal and Vanilla, in roughly that order of launch. I want to get a solid feel for how each of these software packages handles under load, as well as their management in general. Most matrix comparisons of competing softwares lack an objective human touch - few people have genuinely tried a wide variety of packages to significant depth.
